Level 1 is for West Coast Swing Absolute Beginners.

West Coast Swing is a dance style that captures the essence of smooth movement. Whether you're grooving to contemporary hits, classic blues, or funky jazz, this dance has the power to adapt and flow with whatever music you love.
This course is perfect for those new to dancing or in the beginning of their dance journey with Salsa, for those who want to grow their skills with structured learning in a fun, supportive environment!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring a partner?
You do not need to bring a partner. You will partner up during class and we rotate partners often.
Do I need special shoes?
Beginners can start with street shoes or dress shoes that have ankle-straps (support) with medium-height heels or any flat-bottom shoes or regular dancing shoes. Avoid wearing shoes that have thick rubber soles such as sneakers, clogs, boots or flip-flops.
I can't make it to my class, can I switch days?
While we don't offer makeup group classes currently, we are happy to provide a discount for a 30 min private lesson to ensure you have time to learn and apply what you missed! If you need to miss a class in your course please contact the studio at (386) 210-3211 or email [email protected]
Can I use my purchased package next cycle?
All sales are non-refundable. You must complete use all 4 classes in the current cycle. It cannot be used or extended for future workshops/cycles. It cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
